Never more has there been a bombardment of interruptions from companies advertising online, through e-mail, in the paper, on TV, etc. So in the mounting hullabaloo of choice and competition, brands are the most effective way of cutting through the noise to reach people's hearts and minds.

Phases One - Ideas
We Meet - We book a meeting with you and your team (approx. 3hours). We will work in a consultative method to guide, develop, moderate and capture all the ideas the team develops under the following headings:
Brainstorm company perceptions -Together we make separate lists of the way you want to be perceived by customers, employees, owners and competition.
Value proposition –We will create an honest assessment of your company's unique selling points (USP's). We also look at how your competitors would attack this value proposition if they were talking to your customers.
List positioning you wish to avoid - Do you not want your traditional cottage industry business to be seen as: Funky, modern, young, etc…
Look at the competition - How are your competitors positioning themselves? Is your business different from theirs - if yes is it a difference your customers care about?
Identity preferences – These are the parts we need to cover before going off on a design tangent, preferences such as colour, font, style, etc..
Bring everything together, then close –We compact together all the information to write your positioning statement and the associated corporate messaging it implies. We then stop there for the day and take away your work and start the design stage.
Phase Two - Design
Unique Concepts –We create and present 2/3 unique concepts for your approval. All based upon our meeting and your thoughts and ideas. We talk through the inspiration behind them and the direction of your brand with them at the helm.
Final Concepts –We present the finalised design to you, complete with full business stationary and a quotation for the printing.
Test before you commit - Test the new look, positioning, statements on customers, employees, and friend/family (your hardest critics!) this will confirm if we have created the right proposition for your business.
Phase Three - Launch
Get a strategy right that works long term & short term –As part of the new branding fee we put together a marketing plan based upon your current business and its new positioning. We outline the objectives for the new brand and the tactics to achieve them.
Establish your new brand in the market place –now there is nothing left but to go for it!
